It looks good so far. The straight on view is good for an establishing shot and works well here where you have her stepping towards the dad but just watch out for using it too much further on in the short as it could get repetitive and a little boring. I really like how you show her squashing and hoping during the last step. It adds a bunch of personality to her character and you could def do more of that during the rest of the film. It really gives her a little girl feel.
Hi Cassady. These look great! I really like your establishing shot. It gives a sense of how small the guard is and how important his role is in protecting the palace. The establishing shot is something that I still need to implement in my own storyboards! I also really enjoy the sense of personality and movement you've put into the girl. The squash and stretch works so well with her because it makes her more energetic and child-like, whereas the guard/father will be static and stoic. I would just encourage you to continue to keep her lively like that to contrast her dad. Great job!
